PRODUCTION PROCESS DESCRIPTION
As first step in the production process, all ingredients are released under established standards. Once raw materials are approved, the formulation of tablets is performed mixing all ingredients until an homogeneous mixture is achieved. Next, physicochemical, organoleptic and chromatography testing is performed. If the mixture meets specifications, the Tablet compaction process is performed. At this stage, the product is weighed to standardize and deposited in the dies on a pneumatic tablet equipment . Samples are taken to analyze disintegration, friability, hardness percentage, dissolution ,organoleptic and microbiological testing. If the product complies with established specifications, then we proceed to release for sale.
NUTRITION FACTS TABLE
Tablet presentation for direct intake. Body absorption percentage is lower tan 20%, reaching the colon intact, where it is used as a sustrate by the bifidobacteria.
United Nations Organization for Food and Agriculture (FAO) and the World Health Organization (OMS), recommend a daily intake of 25 grams of diet fiber (source: https://www.gob.mx/salud),so it is recommended not to exceed this dosage, considering the side effects, like flatulence and swollen bowel due to prebiotic effect.
A máximum daily intake of 20 tablets is reccomended, diferred over the daily food consumption, as a diet fiber suplement reccomended by the OMS.
It is considered as a safe product. There is no reference for letal dosis or toxicity grade.
Store in a fresh and dry place at an ideal temperature of 25 C, ideal relative humidity lower than 60%. Must be stored without any structural damage to primary package.
Non-toxic product. If consumed in excess, it can have laxative and flatulence effect. Organic origin powder, avoid doing mixing that can cause product to become volatile.
