The juice from the Blue Agave is extracted from the Tequilana Weber by a diFuser method, then clarified by filtration until a clear and solids-free agave syrup is obtai- ned, lt is then concentrated by evaporation at 62º Brix, to be finally dried in a spray dryer and packaged as liquid agave fructans,
